The culture of territory and our values

We’ll take you by hand and guide you into the farm world to explain to you our choices and show you how our honey and our cheese comes to life.

In our farm school you learn how to do things.

So you’ll understand from where our products come from and the importance they have in our nutrition.

Our farm is a small one, by choice, and it’s also made for kids.

We raise Rendena and Grigio Alpina cows and Pezzata Mochena goats. All of them are races that are threatened of being extinct. They give us some good milk for our goat and cow cheese.
We also have bees that give us some delicious multiflower honey that comes from our fields in the mountains.

The itineraries

We welcome kindergarten, elementary and middle school classes, groups of people or single ones, curious of discovering something about our farming life or simply curious to see our animals.

During our itineraries you can touch with hand what we do day by day. You’ll discover, in an easy way the meaning, the effort and the ability of farmers’ work.

The magic of milk

You’ll be able to try milking our cows and our goats from native races. With the fresh milk, we’ll move into the laboratory and transform it into cheese.

Next you’ll see our aromatic and medical herbs that grow in our little botanic garden and the ancient tools they used for making cheese and that we have inherited.

Right before greeting each other we’ll offer you a little snack made with our products.

The marvellous world of bees

Did you know that for producing a kilo honey the bees fly for over 150000 km? It’s like almost flying 4 times round the world. We’ll start with an introduction on life, the biological cycle and the importance of bees.
Right after we’ll visit the honeybee farm where you’ll see how to produce honey and how it comes out of the cells where it is deposited. If there will be honey ready to be extracted, we’ll do a practical demonstration.

Once the laboratory part is over we’ll show you our aromatic herbs that grow in our little botanical garden and the ancient tools our grandparents used to make cheese and that we inherited.

Next you’ll taste our product and have a little snack before greeting each other.
